Our technicians prepare the home to ensure a quality laser scan is completed for every space in the home which will map the floor space and enable creation of a floor plan and actual measurement of the home to a 99.98% accuracy. As the home is being scanned it is also being photographed with a state of the art 360/3D multiple high end camera sensors documenting and creating a visual record of each space in amazing detail

We perform post-processing editing preparing the scans for the MATTERPORT processing engine which stitches together the 360 panosheres and processes the scan data to render accurate measurements and floor plans of the property. After the Matterport processing, our technicians create the virtual tour, label the floor plan, create a focused one-page website and publish the 3d virtual tour to Zillow, Realtor and HOMES dot COM

The published product provides an immersive virtual walkthrough of the property that facilitates movement through the spaces along with focused information via matter tags, embedded video, and other media to assist the agent in presenting the home and applicable information. The 3-dimensional dollhouse delivers a fully 3D view of the home and facilitates access to any room in the home, along with virtual floor plans and a highlight reel that moves the viewer through the space automatically and if that's not enough you can choose to put on a VR headset and experience the property in 3D
